| Abstract: | Taking psychology ,mass-communication,public relation and other disciplines as the theoretical foundation, this paper has studied factors related to recruiting donors of hematopoiesis stem cell,and recruiting mechanism. Meanwhile existent problems have been revealed .Then the recruiting theory related has been offered, serving as related department reference. |
