氟替卡松治疗儿童哮喘96例

目的 :观察氟替卡松吸入治疗儿童哮喘的效果。方法 :应用氟替卡松吸入治疗年龄 4～ 14a非急性发作期中、重度儿童哮喘共 96例 ,同时监测肺功能。结果 :总有效率达 99%。治疗前的肺功能第 1秒钟用力呼气容积 (FEV1)、呼气 5 0 %用力肺活量时的流速 (FEF50 % )、呼气流量峰值 (PEF)分别为 (5 8±s 14 ) % ,(5 6± 12 ) % ,(5 7± 13) % ,而治疗 0 .5a后的肺功能指标分别为 (88± 13) % ,(88± 11) % ,(86± 14 ) % ,与治疗前相比 ,均有明显提高 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :应用氟替卡松治疗儿童哮喘 ,疗效显著 ,安全性好。

Fluticasone in treating 96 patients of pediatrics asthma

AIM:To observe the effects of the inhaled fluticasone in treating pediatrics asthma. METHODS: The moderate to severe asthmatic children in non-acute period aged from 4 to 14 a were treated with inhaled fluticasone and the pulmonary function was monitored simultaneously. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 99% .The pulmonary function indexes were as follows: FEV_1(the first second expiration volume ),FEF_ 50 % (flow velocity of 50% expiration vital capacity),PEF (peak expiration velocity) before treatment were (58±s 14)%,(56±12)%,(57±13)%, respectively . And the indexes after half a year treatment were (88±13)%,(88±11)%,(86±14)%,respectively. The difference between them was significant (P< 0.01). CONCLUSION: It is effective and safe to use flutiocsone for pediatrics asthma.
