| 摘 要： | 通过特殊胃管导人少量甲醛导致胃黏膜急性化学损伤致内脏痛。参照躯体痛的测量法，采用电刺激和热测痛法测定内脏痛时的痛阈改变。通过内脏痛阈的测定，其痛阈降低改变高峰时间为1～2h，观察痛阈的变化规律，可基本反映胃痛和胃黏膜损伤的情况。

| Abstract: | Formaldehyde cause chemical inflammatory pain, we used special gaster tube leading formaldehyde and measured changes of threshold of visceral pain by electric stimulation and heat pain. The change of peak in threshold of pain is around 1 to 2 hour after formaldehyde stimulating, that is consistent with morphologic and physiology. |
