| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨双眼人工晶体植入手术时间间隔.方法:对52例双眼人工晶体植入的病例进行分析.结果:双眼手术时间间隔为3 d.术后双眼矫正视力0.3以上者45例,占86.5%.双眼术后矫正视力差异无显著性.结论:提示3d内双眼分别行人工晶体植入不影响视力预后. |

| Abstract: | Objective To evalvate the operative interval of binocular intraocular lens implantation.Methods Fifty two cases of binocular intraocular lens implantation were analysed.Results The average interval of operation between both eyes was 3 days.Forty five cases (86.5%) obtained the corrected visual acuity of 0.3 or better,which showed no significance between both eyes.Conclusion It is suggested that the postoperative visual prognosis be not influenced by 3 day operative interval between both eyes.; |
