中医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期呼吸肌疲劳随机对照临床研究

[目的]观察中医治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期出现的呼吸肌疲劳的临床疗效。[方法]选择我院呼吸内科住院治疗的慢性阻塞性性肺疾病稳定期患者100例,随机分成治疗组50例,对照组50例,均给予慢阻肺稳定期的常规治疗,同时治疗组再给予健脾益肺的中医治疗,治疗时间均为2个月。[结果]治疗组总有效率82.00%,明显高于对照组总有效率64.00%(P<0.05);治疗组血氧饱和度显著提高,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组用力肺活量(FVC)、最大吸气口腔压(MIP)和最大通气量(MVV)均显著改善,两组结果比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾益肺的中医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期出现的呼吸肌疲劳疗效确切。

Chinese Medicine Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Respiratory Muscle Fatigue in a Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective]To observe the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period of respiratory muscle fatigue in clinical efficacy.[Methods]Our hospital respiratory department of internal medicine hospitalization for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in stable stage in 100 cases,50 cases were randomly 50 cases in obstructive pulmonary disease the routine treatment,while the experimental group are given Jianpi Yifei Chinese medicine treatment,were treated for 2 months.[Results]In the experimental group,the total efficiency of 82% was significantly higher than that of control group,the total efficiency of 64%(P<0.05);Increased significantly,compared with the control group,P<0.05;The treatment group forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum inspiratory pressure(MIP)and maximal ventilatory volume(MVV)were significantly improved,two groups of results there is significant difference between,P<0.05.[Conclusion]Strengthening spleen and lung treated with traditional Chinese medicine on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period of respiratory muscle fatigue definite curative effect.
