支气管动脉灌注化疗联合三维适形放疗同步治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

摘    要:
目的 研究支气管动脉灌注化疗(BAI)联合三维适形放疗(3DCRT)治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的安全性及有效性;同时也寻求一个较好的动脉灌注化疗方案及安全剂量.方法 对50例明确诊断的NSCLC患者行BAI(盐酸吉西他滨1 000mg/m2,奈达铂50mg/m2);1周后开始行肺部肿瘤3DCRT,2Gy/次;第1次介入治疗1个月后行第2次BAI,灌注化疗结束后继续行放疗,放疗总剂量至60~70Gy/30~35f/6~7周.结果所有患者均可评价疗效,无完全缓解病例,部分缓解25例,稳定20例,进展5例;无Ⅲ度以上毒副反应发生.结论 BAI联合3DCRT具有良好的近期治疗效果,患者耐受力良好.联合治疗具备良好的治疗前景,但远期疗效尚待进一步观察研究.
