| 摘 要： | 目的 研究支气管动脉灌注化疗(BAI)联合三维适形放疗(3DCRT)治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的安全性及有效性;同时也寻求一个较好的动脉灌注化疗方案及安全剂量.方法 对50例明确诊断的NSCLC患者行BAI(盐酸吉西他滨1 000mg/m2,奈达铂50mg/m2);1周后开始行肺部肿瘤3DCRT,2Gy/次;第1次介入治疗1个月后行第2次BAI,灌注化疗结束后继续行放疗,放疗总剂量至60～70Gy/30～35f/6～7周.结果所有患者均可评价疗效,无完全缓解病例,部分缓解25例,稳定20例,进展5例;无Ⅲ度以上毒副反应发生.结论 BAI联合3DCRT具有良好的近期治疗效果,患者耐受力良好.联合治疗具备良好的治疗前景,但远期疗效尚待进一步观察研究. |
