盆腔淋巴造影术对妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移的诊断价值

目的 分析盆腔淋巴造术对妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法 通过对82例妇科恶性肿瘤患者行盆腔淋巴造影术，将造影结果与术后淋巴结病检结果对照分析。结果 盆腔淋巴造影术诊断妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移的准确率为89.02%，灵敏度80.65%，特异度94.12%，假阳性率5.88%，假阴性率19.35%。盆腔淋巴造影术对宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌及外阴癌淋巴结转移的诊断准确率分别为84.38%、95.00%、86.36%及87.50%，对各组疾病淋巴结转移诊断准确率之间的差异均无显著性（P＞0.05)。结论 盆腔淋巴造影术对妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴转移的诊断有价值，但对早期妇科恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移的诊断有一定的局限性。

The value of pelvic lymphography in the diagnosis of lymph nodal metastases in carcinoma of female genital system

Objective: To analyse the value of pelvic lymphography in the diagnosis of lymph nodal metastases in carcinoma of female genital system. Methods: We performed pelvic lymphography to 82 patients with carcinoma of female genital system. Results: The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,false poitive and false negative of pelvic lymphography in the diagnosis of lymph nodal metastases in carcinomas of femal genital system were 89.02%,80.65%,94.12%5.88%and 19.35%,respectively. the accuracy of pelvic lymphography in the diagnosis of lymph nodal metastases in carcinoma of the cervix,endometrial carcinoma,ovarian cancer and carcinoma of extemal genitalia(84.38%,95.00%,86.36% and 87.50%,respectively)were no difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Pelvic lymphography have the diagnostic value in lymph nodal metastases in carcinoma of female genital system,but have some limited in early stages of cancer.
