摘    要:目的探讨糖尿病大动脉生物力学特性重建以及与高血压、高血糖的关系。方法以STZ诱导SHR大鼠和SD大鼠分别建立伴有(SHRDM组)和不伴有(SDDM组)高血压的糖尿病动物模型,对其腹主动脉的在体顺应性和弹性模量进行研究。结果糖尿病4周开始出现顺应性降低。SHRDM组从4周起、SDDM组从8周起,出现Ep、Ev和Einc增加,增幅随病程而增大,SHRDM组的增幅大于SDDM。结论腹主动脉各力学特性参数中,顺应性改变最早,可作为评价血管功能的敏感指标。高血糖和高血压均可使Ep增大,高血糖的作用大于高血压。

AN IN VIVO STUDY OF THE COMPLIANCE AND MODULUS OF THE ABDOMINAL AORTA IN DIABETIC RATS
Abstract:Objective: To reveal the biomechanical remodeling of the aorta and the relationship between the remodeling and hyperglycemia and hypertension in strepozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Methods: The animal model of diabetes with and without hypertension were made on SHR (SHRDM group) and SD(SDDM group) rats respectively by injection of streptozotocin to study the compliance and elastic modulus of their abdominal aorta(AA)in vivo. Results: The compliance of AA decreased from the time of four weeks of diabetes. From the fourth week Ep, Er and Einc of AA began to increase and the increase was enhanced with the progression of disease in SHRDM group and the eighth week in SDDM group. The increase of Ep, Er and Einc in SHRDM group was greater that in SDDM. Conclusionst Compliance was the first to change among the mechanical parameters and can be taken as a sensitive index to evaluate vascular function. Both hyperglycemia and hypertension could increase Ep, and the effect of the former was greater.
