| Abstract: | Based on literature review, questionnaire investigation, behavioral event interview, experts con- sultation. The article put forward competence model of project management team member, which included knowl- edge, ability, motivation, personality traits, self- concept five dimension. Each dimension contained several ele- ments. The model will provide some references for the hospital selection of project management member. |
