改良安全型留置针穿刺流程的效果观察

目的观察改良安全型留置针穿刺流程的临床护理效果。方法便利抽样法选择2011年1-6月在南方医科大学附属深圳妇幼保健院行安全型留置针静脉穿刺的择期剖宫产产妇800例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组400例。对照组产妇采用安全型留置针说明书和BD公司推荐的穿刺流程(穿刺前旋转针芯360°),观察组产妇采用改良的穿刺流程(即穿刺前不转动针芯),比较两组产妇的一次穿刺成功率、穿刺操作耗时、留置针损坏或污染、针芯拔出难易程度、患者意外损伤及操作者被血液污染或刺伤等情况。结果两组产妇一次穿刺成功率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组的操作耗时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组出现转动针芯时2例留置针损坏、1例留置针被污染。两组针芯拔出难易程度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未出现患者意外损伤、操作者被血液污染或刺伤等情况。结论采用改良的穿刺流程可提高穿刺成功率、缩短操作时间、减少留置针损耗、不会导致针芯拔出困难。

Effect Observation of Improved Injection Process of Safety Lienable Needle

Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of the improved injection process of the safety lienable needle.Methods From January to June 2011,800 patients undergoing elective cesarean section with safety lienable needle intravenous injection were divided into 2 groups,with 400 patients per group.The control group adopted the safety lienable needle manual and the BD Company’s recommended injection method（rotate the needle core 360° before injection）,and the experimental group adopted the improved process（not rotate the needle core before injection）.Comparisons were conducted on the injection success rate,injection time spent,needle damage or contamination,needle core withdrawing difficulty,patients’ accidental damage,injecting nurses’ blood contamination or needle stick injury,etc.Results There was significant difference on the one-time injection success rate between the two groups（P0.05）.No accidental damage,blood contamination or needle stick injury occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The improved intravenous injection process can improve the success rate,save injection time,reduce needle damage and avoid needle withdrawing difficulty.
