| 摘 要： | 基于平均住院日的重要意义,某军队医院以该指标作为切入口,对指标的影响因素进行干预靶点的筛选,制定一系列综合干预措施,并对实施5年效果进行回顾性分析,发现平均住院日与收治人数、床位使用率、每床日均收入等关键性医疗指标存在相关关系。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the great significance of average length of stay（ALOS） in the hospital management,we selected ALOS as the management indicators,analyzed the influencing factors of ALOS,and choose the related factors as the target of the intervention measures.Then the measures were applied in the management and the effects within 5 years were retrospectively analyzed in a military hospital.Research found that there was correlation between ALOS,number of patients,bed usage and daily income per bed. |
