抗生素用药情况分析

目的分析评价北京军区北戴河疗养院抗生素的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法统计2008—2010年该院抗生素的用药情况,并进行销售金额、用药频度等排序分析。结果 3年来,该院药品销售总额逐年上升,而抗生素销售金额占全年药品销售总额逐年下降,依次为11.44%、10.67%、7.95%。美洛西林钠连续两年销售金额位居第一,分别占抗生素销售总额的29.58%、32.08%,2010年头孢呋辛钠位跃居第一位,销售金额占抗生素总金额的21.96%。用药频度前两年排序第一的是琥乙红霉素,2010年位居第一的是头孢氨苄。结论该院抗生素使用情况基本合理,但仍需加强监督、管理、避免滥用。

Analysis of Antibiotics Used in Our Hospital

Objective To analyze the use of antibiotics in our hospital to faciltate rational drug use.Methods The tanking of antibiotics in the sales volume and DDDs from 2008 to 2010 in our hospital was analyzed.Results Between 2008 and 2010,the sales volume of the drug increased year by year,while the propodion of the sales volume of antibiotics in the total decreased year by year,from 11.44% to 10.67% and to 7.95%,respectively.From 2008 to 2009 mezlocillin sodium ranked first in consumption,accouting for 29.58% and 32.08%.In 2010,cefuroxime sodium dominated consumption,accouting for 21.96%.From 2008 to 2009,erythromycin dominated DDDs,but in 2010 it was cefalexin in DDDs.Conclusion The use of antibiotics in our hospital is rational on the whole.However,administration and supervision remain to be enhanced.
