| 摘 要： | 为了解军队医学科研管理助理员(参谋)现状,加强科管队伍建设提供参考。本文采取文献研究、问卷调查、实地调研,了解国内外、军内外科研管理人员情况,收集军队科管助理基础信息,及其工作困惑和存在问题等,针对存在的问题提出加强军队科管助理建设的建议:加强多途径培养,提高科管助理员的能力;拓宽科管人才来源渠道,构建高素质科管助理员队伍;完善激励政策措施,充分调动科管助理员积极性。 |

| Abstract: | The objective was to gain the current situation of assistants managing military medical scientific research, to strengthen the team building of scientific research management. Literature review, questionnaires and on -the - spot investigation were used to understand the situation of managers for military medical scientific re- search inside and outside the army. The author selected the basic information of managing military medical scientif- ic research, and put forward the existing problems, as well as some suggestions. The author should improve gradu- ally approach to enhance the management level of the assistants, broaden the source of accepting and establish the military medical scientific research team, perfect the inspiring policy to bring the enthusiasm of assistants. |
