手术室护士工作压力与身心健康状况的调查分析

目的了解手术室护士的工作压力及身心健康状况，探讨两者之间的关系、采取的应对方式和自我缓解方法。方法采用护士工作压力源量表和症状自评量表，对厦门市一所三级甲等综合医院的64名手术室护士采取问卷调查。结果手术室护士工作压力源主要来自工作量太大、担心工作中出现差错事故、人际关系紧张、护理工作的社会地位及工资福利待遇低、在职学习及婚姻家庭方面等方面；80．2％手术室护士出现身心健康问题，工作压力与身心健康之间有明显的相关性。结论手术室护士工作压力很大，出现身心健康状况的人较多。建议从个人和管理方面采取相应措施，缓解手术室护士的压力，增强护士的身心健康，提高护理工作质量。

The survey of work stress and physical and psychological health in the operating room nurses

Objective To understand the work stress and physical and psychological health condition of the operating room nurses,analyzed the influence factors and the ways to deal with and self - adjust methods. Methods Used the nurse work stress source scale and symptoms self - rating scale, questionnaire surveys were taken in 64 nurses worked in the operation room of a third - level first - class comprehensive hospital of Xiamen. Results The work stress sources of the operation room nurse came mainly from workload and working time, management and interpersonal skills, nursing professional and work, work environment and resources,etc. 80. 2% of the operating room nurses had physical and psychological disease. Conclusion The physical and psychological health condition of the operating room nurses was related to work stress, the administrative departments should take the appropriate measures to alleviate the pressure of the operating room nurses, promote their physical and psychological health, and ensure the safety of the operation.
