肺隐球菌病2例临床病理观察

目的探讨肺隐球菌病的临床、病理特征,以提高对肺隐球菌病的认识。方法回顾性分析2009年3月～2011年3月经肺叶切除标本病理确诊的2例Pc进行光镜、特染、并结合临床资料进行分析。结果患者首发症状为咳嗽、咳痰、咯血,1例伴有头痛等,光镜下病灶见非干酪性肉芽肿形成,纤维组织增生,多量圆形或卵圆形空泡状小体,周围见多核巨细胞、组织细胞及淋巴细胞,AB特殊染色隐球菌细胞壁呈蓝色、PAS特殊染色隐球菌细胞壁呈红色。结论Pc是由新型隐球菌感染引起的肺部真菌病,其临床及影像学表现缺乏特异性,诊断主要依靠病理形杰堂特秆碡特染,

Two cases report of pulmonary cryptococcus clinicopathologic observation

Objective To discuss the pathematology characteristics of Puhnonary Cryptococcus （PC） and deepen the understanding of it. Methods To analyze retrospectively the 2 PC cases diagnosed from the lobi pulmonis＇ biopsy evaluation happened during March 2009 and March 2011, then analyze them by light microscopy, infiltration, and clinical materials. Resuits Here were 2 cases of a man and a woman about 48 to 58 years old. The incipient symptoms were cough ,expectoration and haemoptysis. One had headache, and caseating granuloma could be seen in the focus by light microscopy, together with the fibrous tissue hyperplasia and many rounded or orbicular -ovate corpuscles around which were big coenocyte, histiocyte and lymphocyte. The cell wall of AB specificstain Cryptococcus was blue, and the cell wall of PAS specificstain Cryptococcus was red. Conclusions PC is a lung fungal disease infected by the new Cryptococcus. Its clinical and imaging situation lack specificity, and it can be diagnosed by the pathological features and infiltration.
