分层干预社区老年高血压效果分析

目的探讨分析在社区对老年性高血压患者进行分层护理干预的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取社区卫生服务站就诊的80例老年性高血压患者，根据患者血压值和高危因素进行分层，在社区全科医护人员的指导下对80例患者进行分层护理干预，随访并记录血压变化情况。结果分层干预治疗前收缩压、舒张压分别为（155±25）／（95±25）mmHg，分层干预实施以后降到（125±25）／（75±25）mmHg。分层干预治疗以前降压效果总有效率为52．50％，干预实施以后升高至83．75％，比较差异有统计学意义（x2=9．001，P〈0．05）。结论结合老年患者血压变化和存在的高危因素，采取分层干预，能有效的控制患者的血压，最终改善患者预后。

Analysis of Layered Intervention Effects in Community Elderly Hypertension Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of layered intervention in elderly Hypertension patients. Methods To select 80 cases of patients elderly patients with hypertension, put them into different groups according to their blood pressure and risk factors. Then gave layered interventions to different groups, and record changes of their blood pressure. Results Before the layered intervention, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were （ 155 ± 25 ）/（95 ± 25 ） mm Hg, and after the implementation of layered intervention it dropped to （ 125 ± 25 ） / （75 ± 25 ） mm Hg. Total Antihypertensive effect rate was 52. 50% before layered intervention, and it increased to 83.75 % after the intervention;The difference was statistically significant （X2 = 9. 001, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Layered intervention could effectively control the blood pressure of elderly Hypertension patients, and ultimately improved their outcomes.
