| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人性化护理在外科病房的应用效果.方法 将笔者所在科2010年1月～2010年12月收治的1284例住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组各642例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组采用人性化护理,比较分析两组的护理效果.结果 观察组患者对护理质量的满意度显著高于对照组.结论 人性化护理可有效提高外科病房的护理质量,提高患者的满意度,值得进一步推广应用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss application of apphcation effect of humanistic nursing care in the surgical ward. Methods From January 2010 to December 2010 1284 inpatients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 642 cases in each one, the control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given humanistic nursing care, the nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the patients＇ satisfaction with the quality of nursing significantly were higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Humanistic nursing care can effectively improve the quality of nursing in surgical wards, to improve patient＇ satisfaction, so it is worth popularizing. |
