血清同型半胱氨酸、脂联素及IL-6联合检测在冠心病中的应用价值

目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸（HCY）、脂联素（APN）及白细胞介素-6（IL-6）联合检测在冠心病中的应用价值。方法60例冠心病患者及40例正常对照组分别进行血清同型半胱氨酸、脂联素及IL-6的检测。结果冠心病组HCY水平为（49．0±17．1）μmol／L，显著高于正常对照组的（12．9±6．7）μmol／L．（P〈0．01）；冠心病组APN水平为（7．9±3．2）mg／L，显著低于正常对照组的（10．4±6．2）mg／L（P〈0．01）；冠心病组IL-6水平为（48．2±16．3）ng／L，显著高于正常对照组的（7．9±5．2）ng／L（P〈0．01）。三者联合检测对于冠心病的诊断指标敏感度、特异度、阳性预期值、阴性预期值分别为91．7％、98．3％、98．2％、92．2％。结论血清同型半胱氨酸、脂联素、IL-6检测在冠心病中有诊断价值，联合应用效果更佳。

Value of serum homocysteine, adiponectln combined with IL - 6 for detection of coronary artery disease

Objective To investigate the value of serum homocysteine（HCY） ,adiponectin（APN） combined with in- terleukin - 6 （ IL - 6） for detection of coronary artery disease. Methods Serum homocysteine, adiponectin and IL - 6 were detected in 60 patients with CHD and 40 normal controls. Results HCY level in CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group（49. 0 ± 17. 1 μmol/L vs 12.9 ±6. 7 μmol/L,P 〈0. 01 ） ;APN level in CHD group was significantly lower than that in control group （7.9 ±3.2 mg/L vs 10. 4 ± 6.2 mg/L, P 〈 0. 01 ）. IL - 6 levels in CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group （48.2 ± 16. 3 ng/L vs 7.9 ±5.2 ng/L,P 〈0. 01 ）. Sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value, negative predictive value of combined detection of the three indicators for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease were 91.7% ,98.3% ,98.2% ,92.2%. Couehmiou Serum homocysteine, adiponectin and IL -6 has a high value in the diagno- sis of coronary heart disease, and the effect of joint application was better.
