| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方感冒灵片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量,解决原质量标准采用亚硝酸钠滴定法测定对乙 酰氨基酚含量终点判断不方便、结果偏高的缺点。方法:色谱条件为:YWG-C_(18)柱,水-甲醇(65:35)为流动相,流速0.8mL·min~(-1),检测波长为249nm。结果:平均回收率为102.36％,RSD=1.32％(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、快捷、灵敏、准确,能更有效地控制该制剂的质量。 |

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was establised for the determination of paracetamol in Fufang Ganmaoling table instead of the Sodium nitrite method in the original quality stantard,which judged the end point of the titration unconveniently and the contents of paracetamol determinated by this method were more than the actual. Methods:The C18 column was used. The mobile phase was consisted of H2O-CH3OH(65: 35). The flow rate was 0. 8mL. min-1. The detection wavelength was at 249 nm. Results:The mean recoveries were 102. 36% with the RSD=1. 32% (n= 5). Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid , sensitive and accurate. It could control the quality of Fufang Ganmaoling table more effectively. |
