胸腰椎前路内固定术治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的效果

①目的 了解应用3种前路内固定器械治疗胸腰段脊椎爆裂性骨折及早期进行功能锻炼的效果。②方法 28例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折病人，在进行前路减压植骨融合后，分别应用AO圆棒内固定系统、TSRH棒钉系统和SDRS棒固定系统进行固定，术后早期进行康复锻炼，比较手术情况、神经恢复情况及随访时椎体角度丢失情况。③结果 随访3～38个月，所有病人治疗效果满意，内固定物本身未造成并发症。④结论 胸腰椎前路内固定可早期重建脊柱的稳定性，为早期功能锻炼奠定了基础，在脊椎爆裂性骨折的治疗中具有重要的临床价值。

ANTERIOR FIXATION TECHNIQUES IN THE TREATMENT OF THORACOLUMBAR SPINAL BURST FRACTURES

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of three types of anterior fixation systems in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal burst fractures and early functional recovery. Methods Twenty-eight patients with thoracolumbar spinal burst fractures were treated with anterior fixation techniques(15 cases of Ventro Fix, 8 TSRH ,and 5 SDRS) and were given early functional recovery exercises postoperatively. The clinical results were compared. Results The treatment results of all the cases were satisfactory, no complications caused by implants were noted. Conclusion Anterior fixation techniques enable the early stabilization and functional recovery of the spine and are of great value in the treatment of spinal burst fractures.
