颅脑损伤患者家属焦虑状况及相关因素分析

目的 调查颅脑损伤患者家属焦虑状况并分析其影响的相关因素.方法 采用SAS量表评价了60例颅脑损伤患者家属,并对其影响因素进行统计学分析.结果 颅脑损伤患者家属焦虑状况高于国内常模,其发生与家属的年龄、性别、文化程度、家庭人均年收入、家属对疾病的了解程度、患者的病程、患者的病情及社会支持有关.结论 颅脑损伤患者家属存在较严重的焦虑情绪,应重视对颅脑损伤患者家属的心理干预.

The study of anxious and related factors in patients with chronic prostatitis

Objective To investigate anxious status and related factors in patients with families of brain injury.Methods 60 patients with families of brain iniury were assessed with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the related factors were carries on statistics analysis.Results The anxious depressive symptoms of patients with families of brain injury were higher than the domestic often mold.The rates correlated with the families of the age,the families of the gender,the degree of ducation,the average annual family income,the families of degree to unclerstand of disease,complex and serious symptoms.Condustons The anxious depressive symptoms exit in patients with chronic prmtatitis.Psychological intervention should be made to patients with chronic prestatitis.
