| 摘 要： | 目的:为观察气阴两虚型戒毒患者在美沙酮脱瘾治疗基础上加用益气滋阴安神方的疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均予以标准美沙酮递减脱瘾治疗。治疗组在美沙酮脱瘾治疗基础上加用自拟益气滋阴安神方治疗10天,对照组单纯用美沙酮脱瘾治疗;观察两组稽延性戒断症状的指标。结果:治疗组稽延性戒断症状总分以及各项指标均较前有明显的改善,且与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:在标准美沙酮脱瘾治疗基础上加用益气滋阴安神中药治疗气阴两虚型戒毒患者可改善稽延性戒断症状,提高临床脱毒效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Anshen Recipe(YYAR)on Heroin addict.Methods:64 heroin addicts of qi-yin deficiency were randomly divided into two group.All were treated with basal methadone but with YYAR given to the treatment group additionally for ten days.Protracted withdrawal syndromes were observed.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences between two groups in protracted withdrawal syndrome.Conclusion:YYAR has favorable effects on Heroin addict of qi-yin deficiency to relieve or eliminate protracted withdrawal syndrome |
