杭白菊对衰老小鼠肝组织SOD、GSH-PX和MDA表达的影响

摘    要:目的:研究杭白菊对衰老模型小鼠肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和丙二醛(MDA)表达的影响,探讨其对肝组织的保护作用。方法:以D-半乳糖建立人工致衰老小鼠并给予杭白菊灌胃处理,ICR雌性小鼠64只,每组16只,随机分成4组,空白对照组、D-半乳糖对照组、维生素E处理组和杭白菊处理组,检测小鼠血清和肝组织中SOD、GSH-PX活性及MDA的含量。结果:杭白菊处理组血清、肝中SOD、GSH-PX含量均高于D-半乳糖对照组(P〈0.01),血清MDA低于D-半乳糖对照组(P〈0.01)。杭白菊处理组血清、肝中SOD、GSH-PX、血清MDA含量与维生素E处理组及空白对照组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:杭白菊主要通过提高抗氧化酶活性,清除或减少氧自由基和脂质过氧化物而实现其保护肝组织的作用。
