放置宫内节育器临床常见并发症分析

目的:探讨放置宫内节育器的常见并发症及其防治措施。方法:对120例放置宫内节育器发生并发症患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:120例患者中,发生的并发症主要包括:出血和疼痛、子宫穿孔、感染、IUD异位和嵌顿以及带器妊娠等。结论:宫内节育器放置后应定期随访,及时发现异常情况及时处理以减少并发症的发生。

Analysis of the common clinical complications of placing intrauterine device

Objective To discuss the clinical common complications of placing intrauterine device and the preventive treatments.Method The clinical data of 120 patients with complications of placing intrauterine device were selected and analyzed.Results In all of the 120 patients,the frequent complications contained bleeding and pain,uterine perforation,infection,IUD ectopia and incarceration and gestation with IUD.Conclusion Follow-up should be taken after the application of intrauterine device to discover and treat the abnormal occurrence promptly for reducing the occurrence of complications.
