| 摘 要： | 目的建立川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液中盐酸川芎嗪的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸川芎嗪的含量，测定波长302nm。结果盐酸川芎嗪在4～16μg／ml范围内呈良好的线性关系，其回归方程：A=0．0542 C-0．0086，r=0．9998，平均回收率：101．1％，RSD为0．4％（n=6）。结论该方法准确、可靠、操作简便、稳定性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method to assay components of ligustrazine glucose injection. Methods The UV-spectrophotometry was adopted with the detection wavelengh at 302 nm. Results There was a good liner reationship between ligustrazine and its absorbability（ r = 0. 9 998 ） within the concentration range of 4 - 16 μg/ ml. The average recovery was 101.1% （ RSD = 1.21% , n = 7 ）. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, convenient and stable. |
