开腹手术及腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎的对比分析

目的探讨开腹手术及腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎的疗效对比。方法将160例阑尾炎患者随机分为开腹手术组和腹腔镜手术组,各80例。对比分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果腹腔镜手术组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间等显著优于开腹手术组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗阑尾炎比开腹手术,具有并发症少、住院时间短、术后恢复快且创伤小等特点,有较高的临床推广和使用价值。

Open surgery and laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis, the comparative analysis

Objective To study the comparison of the efficacy of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis. Methods The study admitted to hospital in in 2009 to 2012, 160 cases of appendicitis patients as experimental subjects, the patients were randomly divided into the open surgery group and the laparoscopic surgery group, two groups of patients were treated with open surgery and laparoscopic surgery, comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results of laparoscopic surgery patients in the postoperative ambula-tion time,postoperative anal exhaust time,operation time and intraoperative blood loss was significantly better than patients with open surgery group, the experimental data comparison of the two groups of patients with significant significant difference （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion To dis-cuss the experiment results show that laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis compared with open surgery,with fewer complications, less hospital stay, postoperative recovery is faster and trauma, and thus has high clinical value in use.
