腹腔镜胆囊手术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床探讨

目的探讨急性胆囊炎患者实施腹腔镜胆囊手术的效果及注意要点。方法选择2011-04-2013-01间实施腹腔镜胆囊手术的急性胆囊炎患者220例,回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果本组无中转开腹者,无死亡病例。2例患者术后出现主操作孔感染,经换药引流后治愈。1例患者出现胆漏,对症治愈。1例患者由于脐部出血再缝合后止血。患者术后住院6⁴2 d。术后6个月随访,均无其他并发症出现,辅助检查显示正常。结论对急性胆囊炎患者实施腹腔镜胆囊造瘘手术、胆囊次全切术、胆囊全切除术效果确切,安全可行。

Clinical study of laparoscopic operation in treatment of acute cholecystitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation, the implementation of the main points for attention in patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods during the period from 2011 04 to 2013 01 months in 220 patients with acute cholecystitis laparo- scopic gallbladder operation example, retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients. Results all the patients without conversion to lapa- rotomy, no patients died ; 2 patients after the operation of main operation hole infection, after dressing and cured after drainage; 1 patients had bile leakage, 1 cases of patients with symptomatic cure ; umbilical bleeding again after suture hemostasis because; of patients hospitalized for 6 - 32 days ; 6 months follow - up to keep after surgery, no other complications occurred, auxiliary examination was normal. Conclusion lapa- roscopic cholecystectomy for acute eholecystitis with gallbladder fistula operation, subtotal resection, total resection of gallbladder is effective, safe and feasible.
