异体输血对食管癌患者术后免疫功能的影响

目的:探讨术中异体输血对食管癌患者术后免疫功能的影响。方法:78例食管癌手术患者，分为输血组(36例)和未输血组(42例)。检测两组术前、术后第1、3、7天CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞活性及IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平，分析其变化规律。结果:输血组患者术后各免疫学指标较未输血组受抑制更明显（P<0.05），持续时间更长（P<0.05）。结论:异体输血对食管癌患者术后免疫功能产生抑制效应，提示应尽可能避免输血。

The effect of allogeneic blood transfusion on postoperative immune function for patients with esophageal carcinoma

Objective: To explore the effect of allogeneic blood transfusion on postoperative immune function for patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods:A total of 78 patients undergoing esophagectomy were enrolled in our study.All cases were divided into transfusion group (n=36) and non-transfusion group (n=42).The level of CD3+，CD4+，CD8+，IL-2，IL-6 and IL-10 were measured before operation，on 1st，3rd and 7th days after surgery.Results:The postoperative immune function index were significantly lower in transfusion group than those non-transfusion group （P<0.05）.And the immunosuppression lasted longer in transfusion group than those non-transfusion group （P<0.05).Conclusion:Allogeneic blood transfusion could lead to the immunosuppression for the patients with esophageal carcinoma after surgery.
