李发枝教授治疗痹证经验介绍

目的：总结李发枝教授治疗痹证的临床经验。方法：将痹证分为两大类型：一为风、寒、湿痹，日久化热伤阴；一为热痹，热耗伤阴。采用祛风除湿、温经散寒、滋阴清热和清热通络、祛风除湿、滋阴凉血之法，选用桂枝芍药知母汤合防己地黄汤，白虎加桂枝汤合防己地黄汤治疗痹证。结果与结论：李发枝教授治疗痹症伤阴疗效显著。

The Experience of Professor Li Fa-zhi to Treat Arthralgia Syndrome

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Li Fazhi in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome. Methods：Arthralgia syndrome was dirided into two types ： one was anemofrigid - damp arthralgia, which transformed into heat and damaged yin. The other was pyretic arthralgia, consumption of yin. Respectively took the methods of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, warming the meridian to dissipate cold ; nourishing yin and clearing heat, dredging collaterals, enriching yin and cooling blood. The choice of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Tang, Bai Hu Tang and Guizhi Tang and Fangji Dihuang Tang to treat arthralgia syndrome. Results and Conclusion ： Professor Li Fazhi＇ s treatment of arthralgia syndrome has evident effect in treating damaged yin.
