| 麻杏清肺汤治疗小儿病毒性肺炎疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟麻杏清肺汤治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果。方法：将170例患者随机分为两组。对照组84例，口服复方甘草溶液，静脉滴注利巴韦林注射液。治疗组86例，以自拟麻杏清肺汤为基本方，随症加减。结果：对照组有效率64．3％，治疗组有效率93．0％。治疗组和对照组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：自拟麻杏清肺汤治疗小儿病毒性肺炎与西药相比，具有较明显的优势。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of maxingqing fei decoction in the treatment of infantile viral pneumonia. Methods： 170 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 84 cases of control group, oral compound licorice solution, static drops ribavirin injection. 86 cases in treatment group, with maxingqing fei soup from fitting for basic square, with the card to add and subtract. Results： The total effective in control group was 64.3% ,93% in treatment group. Curative treatment group and control group compared with significant difference （P 〈0.05 ） ,the effect of treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Maxingqing fei soup has a conspicuous advantage on treating pediatric viral pneumonia, compared with western medicine. |
