张东岳教授治疗炎症性肠病经验

目的：探讨名老中医张东岳教授治疗炎症性肠病的经验。方法：回顾性分析张东岳教授运用健脾补气、和胃渗湿，清热利湿、调气化滞，活血化瘀、理肠通络，温补肾脾、涩肠止泻，柔肝健脾、止泻止痛，益气健脾、养血化滞等六法治疗炎症性肠病方面的经验。结果：张东岳认为脾虚夹湿为炎症性肠病主要病机，久病及肾，湿邪、气滞、脾虚贯穿于本病始终。结论：张东岳教授治疗炎症性肠病疗效确切。

Experience of Professor Zhang Dong-yue Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Objective ： To summarize the experience of Zhang Dong-yue old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine professor in treating inflammatory bowel disease. Methods：A retrospective analysis Zhang Dong-yue used six ways to treat inflammatory bowel disease, such as invigorate the spleen and vital energy, co-stomach and excreting dampness, clearing heat and eliminates dampness, activating blood and relieving blood,warming and tonifying spleen and kidney, astringing the intestine to stop aiarrheaand so on. Results：Zhang Dong-yue think spleen clip wet is the main pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation should be accurate, chronic disease involving kidney, damp, sluggish and splenic asthenia cross the whole process of the disease. Conclusion ： Professor Zhang Dong-yue treatment of inflammatory bowel disease has the definite effect.
