摘    要:目的:考察不同制备方法对甘草中甘草次酸含量的影响。方法:同一批甘草药材分别采用煎煮法、超声波法、纤维素酶-超声波联用提取工艺。结果:不同工艺对甘草中甘草次酸含量的影响不同。纤维素酶-超声波联用提取工艺较佳。结论:联用法提取率高,方法简便,利于工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the fluence of different extraction technology of glycyrrhiza on glycyrrhetinic acid content.Methods:Glycyrrhiza decoction,ultrasonic-wave extraction,cellulose-ferment-ultrasonic-wave extraction were used for the extraction of the same batch herbs.Results:Different extractions of glycyrrhiza have different influence on the content of glycyrrhetinic acid.Cellulose-ferment-ultrasonic-wave extraction was proved to be a better extraction technology.Conclusion:Cellulose-ferment-ultrasonic-wave extraction has more productivity and is more simple,which will facilitate in the industrialized production.
