血尿酸与冠心病及其中医辨证分型的相关性研究

目的：探讨血尿酸与冠心病及其中医辨证分型的相关性。方法：将120例患者按中医辨证分为痰阻心脉、气阴两虚、气虚血瘀、阳气虚衰4个证型,用酶法检测冠心病患者与健康对照组血尿酸水平。结果：冠心病组血尿酸水平明显高于健康对照组（P〈0.01）。冠心病中医各证型血尿酸水平均显著高于健康对照组（P〈0.01）,痰阻心脉型明显高与气阴两虚、气虚血瘀、阳气虚衰型（P〈0.01）。结论：血尿酸水平增高是冠心病的危险因素之一,冠心病血尿酸水平显著增高可作为中医证型痰阻心脉型的辨证指标。

Study on Relationship between Uric Acid in Coronary Heart Disease and Syndrome Differ Classification in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective：To study the relation between uric acid（UA）and TCM syndrome types in coronary heart disease.Methods：120 patients of coronary heart disease were selected randomly and classified into 4 types according to syndrome differ classification in TCM,the phlegm blocking heart-vessels type,Qi-Yin deficiency type,Qi deficiency and blood stagnation type,Yang Qi deficiency type.and using enzymic method to detect the level of UA.Results：Compare with the normal group,serum uric acid in coronary heart disease increased（P0.01）.Compare with the normal group,blood lipids in coronary heart disease increased（P0.01）.The serum uric acid of phlegm blocking heart-vessels type deficiency type in coronary heart disease has difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：The increasing of uric acid level is an important risk factor for coronary heart disease,the significant increase of uric acid level is a chinese medical pattern indentification index of the patients with phlegm blocking heart-vessels type.
