中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：90例患者随机分为两组，对照组采用洛赛克20mg、阿莫西林500mg、克拉霉素500mg，口服每日2次，疗程14d，随后7d维持治疗：洛赛克20mg，每日1次。治疗组在对照组的基础上加服中药。结果：治疗组有效率95．56％，优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效可靠，优于单纯西药治疗。

Clinical Study on Peptic Ulcer Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective ：To observe the efficacy of peptic ulcer treated with integrative Chinese and western medicine. Methods ：90 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given 20 mg omeprazole ,500 nag amoxicillin ,500 mg clarithromycin for oral administration, twice a day for 2 weeks, followed by a week of maintenance treatment：omeprazole 20 rng once a day. The treatment group received additional traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Results ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%, which was better than that of the control group. Conclusion：The therapeutic efficacy of peptic ulcer treated with integrative Chinese and western medicine is reliable and better than single application of western medicine.
