温阳强心方联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭临床研究

目的：观察温阳强心方治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及患者生活质量的改善。方法：慢性心力衰竭患者60例随机平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用生脉针40mL静脉滴注并服用中药温阳强心方，10d为1个疗程，观察4个疗程。观察治疗前后患者的总体疗效、心功能分级。结果：患者的总体疗效、心功能分级与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭，能够改善患者临床症状、提高心功能，从而改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical Research of Wenyang Qiagxin Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Qiangxin Decoction in treating chronic heart failure as well as the improved life quality. Methods ：60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group were giren regular treatment of western medicine while the treatment group were additionally given IV injection of 40 mL Shengmai Injection and Wenyang Qiangxin Deooction with 10 d as a course of treatment and observation of 4 courses. Observe the overall efficacy and grading of heart function of patient before and after treatment. Results ： Compared with control group the overall efficacy in patients and heart function grading had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine treatment of chronic heart failure can improve clinical symptoms, improve the heart function, thereby improving the life quality of patients.
