瘀痛消胶囊抗肝纤维化的实验研究

目的 :观察瘀痛消胶囊抗肝纤维化的确切疗效及可能的机理。方法 :用人血白蛋白攻击wistar大白鼠 ,造成免疫损伤型肝纤维化的动物模型 ,以观察该药对大鼠肝纤维化程度及肝内胶原蛋白含量的影响。结果 :大剂量的瘀痛消胶囊组动物在用药后其纤维化程度明显减轻 ,与模型组动物的差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;中剂量和大剂量瘀痛消胶囊组的大鼠的肝内胶原蛋白含量与模型组的差异有非常显著性意义 (P均 <0 0 1)。结论 :瘀痛消胶囊可明显减轻大鼠肝纤维化程度 ,降低肝内胶原蛋白含量 ,有明显的抗肝纤维化的作用。

Experimental Study on the Anti-fibrotic Effect of Yutongxiao Capsule

Objective:To study the pharmacological actions of Yutongxiao Capsule on experimental liver fibrosis in rats.Methods:Fifty-seven Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,immune complex fibrotic group,high dosage treatment group,medium dosage treatment group,low dosage treatment group and Dahuang Zhechong Pill control group.Experimerntal rat liver fibrosis was induced by human albumin so as to observe the changes of fibrosis stage and liver collagen contents in different groups before and after treatment.Results:There were significant differences in the fibrosis stage between immune complex model fibrotic group and high dosage treatment group(P<0.01),as well as in the changes of liver collagen contents in the high and medium dosage treatment groups compared with that of the model fibrotic group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yutongxiao Capsule could reduce the fibrosis stage and decrease the liver collagen contents,indicating it has marked anti-fibrotic effect.
