强化胰岛素干预治疗脑卒中急性期高血糖的疗效

目的评估强化胰岛素干预治疗脑卒中患者急性期高血糖的临床疗效。方法研究纳入无糖尿病史的143例脑卒中后高血糖患者。随机分胰岛素强化治疗组(n=73)和常规治疗组(n=70)。于治疗28d后测定和比较两组患者的神经功能。于治疗30d的分析比较两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果胰岛素强化治疗组临床有效率84.9%,对照组64.3%,组间比较呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。胰岛素强化治疗组患者神经功能得到显著性改善,组间比较呈显着性差异(P<0.05)。常规治疗组患者的并发症发生率更高(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素强化治疗脑卒中后高血糖患者的临床疗效显著,并改善患者预后。

Effect of Intensive Insulin Therapy for Acute Hyperglycemia in Stroke Patients

Objective To assess the effect of intensive insulin therapy for acute hyperglycemia patients after stroke.Methods Performed a randomized and controlled study involving 143 cases of acute hyperglycemia patients followed by stroke without diabetes history,intensive insulin therapy group（n=73） and Conventional therapy group（n=70）.Detected and compared the neurological function score in the tow groups of patients after therapy for 28 days.Analyzed and compared the clinical efficacy and incidence of complications in two groups after therapy for 30 days.Results Clinical efficacy of intensive insulin therapy group and conventional therapy group is 84.9% and 64.3%,respectively.Compared between the two groups,there was significant difference（P0.05）.The neurological function of patients have improved significantly in the intensive insulin therapy group compared with the conventional therapy group（P0.05）.The conventional therapy group with more incidence of complications compared with the intensive insulin therapy group（P0.05）.Conclusions Intensive insulin therapy for acute hyperglycemia patients followed by stroke without diabetes history is more efficacy and safety as well as gain more benefit compared with conventional therapy.
