| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effect of thoracic cavity injection of cisplatin and lentinan in maligant pleural effusion.Method：In theray group,The cases with maligant pleural effusion,after chest drainage,were injected into pleural cavity with lentinan 4 mg and cisplatin 30 mg monthly for 4 times,and in control group,The cases were injected only with cisplatin 30 mg monthly for 4 times.The efficacy,quality of life and toxicities were evaluated.Result：The total effective rate was 75.0% and 35.7% in therapy group and contral group.There’s significant difference（P〈0.05）.The toxicities of two groups were tolerated.Conclusion：The thoracic cavity injection of cisplatin and lentinan in maligant pleural effusion is an effective way. |
