输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石466例围术期护理

目的:探讨经输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的护理方法。方法:采用扩张进镜法对466例输尿管结石患者经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术进行治疗,手术期给予有针对性的护理。结果:本组患者一次性碎石成功430例,成功率达92.3%;全部患者经积极治疗与精心护理,均痊愈出院。结论:输尿管镜取石及气压弹道碎石术,是治疗榆尿管中下段结石的首选方法,加强围术期并发症的预防及护理,可提高取石成功率,减少并发症的发生。

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 466 patients with ureteral stone by applying ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy
