摘    要:中药生物药剂学分类系统(biopharmaceutics classification system of Chinese materia medica,CMMBCS)中的渗透性评价,需多成分作为整体来开展研究,即使在研究具体某一成分时,也应将其放在多成分环境中审视。该实验以此为原则,将葛根芩连汤中的高含量成分作为多成分环境影响因素,考察葛根素的肠渗透性,运用在体肠单向灌流模型,对葛根素肠渗透性的相关参数进行测定,评价其他高含量成分对其肠渗透性的影响。实验结果表明不同比例的黄芩苷、甘草酸和小檗碱对葛根素的肠渗透性均有一定的影响,甘草酸能显著抑制葛根素的肠吸收,高浓度小檗碱会促进葛根素的吸收。该研究结果表明中药生物药剂学分类系统的渗透性评价充分考虑多成分环境中其他成分的影响是重要的研究思想。

Abstract:The evaluation of permeability in biopharmaceutics classification system of Chinese materia medica(CMMBCS) requires multicomponent as a whole in order to conduct research, even in the study of a specific component, should also be put in the multicomponent environment. Based on this principle, the high content components in Gegen Qinlian decoction were used as multicomponent environmental impact factors in the experiment, and the relevant parameters of intestinal permeability about puerarin were measured with using in situ single-pass intestinal perfusion model, to investigate and evaluate the intestinal permeability of puerarin with other high content components. The experimental results showed that different proportions of baicalin, glycyrrhizic acid and berberinehad certain influence on intestinal permeability of puerarin, and glycyrrhizic acid could significantly inhibit the intestinal absorption of puerarin, moreover, high concentration of berberine could promote the absorption of puerarin. The research results indicated that the important research ideas of permeability evaluation in biopharmaceutics classification system of Chinese materia medica with fully considering the effects of other ingredients in multicomponent environment.
