蛇胆毒性的实验研究

摘    要:
采取多各蛇胆浸泡于含53%乙醇的白酒中制成混合蛇胆酒,以不同剂量给40只小鼠(分为4组,每组10只)灌胃,另取10只以53%白酒灌胃作对照,观察48小时,以改进寇氏法求得半数致死量(LD50);取小鼠心,肝,肾,胃,肠作病理切片,光镜下观察各脏器病理改变,结果表明,实验组与对照组有明显差别,切片标定各脏器有不同程度的病理损害,认为蛇胆有毒,作药用时就小心掌握剂量,且不宜作食用饮用。

Abstract:
Miscellaneous snakbiles were collected and soaked in the white spirit contained 53% alcohol to make up snakebile wine.50 mice were divided into five groups (ten per group). Differ-ent dosages of the snakebile wine were given to 4O mice in four groups by means of gastric per fusion, and only 53% white spirit was given to otber one as a control group. They were observed for 48 hours. The LD50 of snakebile wine in each group was calculated by modified Karbar method. The patho-logical sectlons of the organs including heart, liver, kidney,stomach and the intestine of these mice were all examined,and the pathological changes were observed under microscope.The results confirmed that there were some lesions in different degree in these specimens. There were significant difference between experimental groups and control Sroup. The authors consider that snakebile has toxicity. When it is used as a drug, its dosage should be controlled carefully. It is not fit to be drunk as a common food.
