海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘的栓塞治疗

目的：探讨海绵窦区硬脑膜动静脉瘘的病因及诊治方法。方法：21例均采用超选择插管栓塞，其中4例同时静脉入路微弹簧圈海绵窦内栓塞。结果：17例瘘口完全消失；4例栓塞后瘘口有残留，结合颈动脉压迫法治疗后2例瘘口消失。结论：血管内栓塞治疗海绵窦区硬脑膜动脉瘘是目前行之有效的方法。

Embolizatior of dural arteriovenous fistulas of the cavernous sinus

Objective: To study the pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment of dural arteriovenous fistulas involving the cavernous sinus Methods: 21 cases were embolized by microcatheterization via endovascular approach Of the 24 cases, 4 cases were embolized by microcoils through venous approach into the cavernous sinus Results: In 17 of 21 cases, the fistulas were completely embolized angiographically The fistulas were partly embolized in 4 of 21 cases Uncompleted close fistulas in 4 cases were treated by compression of the aftected carotid artery The fistulas in 2 of 4 cases disappeared angiographically Conclusion: Endovascular treatment of dural arteriovenous fistulas involving the cavernous sinus is an effective method
