| 摘 要： | 目的：了解淄博市第五人民医院住院患者抗精神病药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2007—2009住院患者抗精神病药的品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等数据进行统计分析。结果：3年来我院住院患者使用抗精神病药的销售金额逐年增长,新一代抗精神病药占主要部分,氯氮平连续3年DDDs排在首位。结论：我院住院患者抗精神病药的使用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the inpatient utilization of the antipsychotics in Zibo Fifth People＇s Hospital for clinical reference of rational drug use.METHODS： The inpatient utilization of antipsychotics in our hospital during 2007-2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties,consumption sum,DDDs and the defined daily cost（DDC） etc.RESULTS： Over the 3 years,the consumption sum of the antipsychotics in the inpatients of our hospital increased year by year,with the new generation of antipsychotics showing a highest percentage.Leading the first place on the DDDs list was clozapine over the 3 years.CONCLUSION： The inpatient use of antipsychotics in our hospital is rational on the whole. |
