2007-2009年北京积水潭医院口服祛瘀剂类中成药应用分析

目的：调查北京积水潭医院中药房2007—2009年口服祛瘀剂类中成药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：调查我院3年中口服祛瘀剂类中成药的销售量和销售金额,采用金额分析法、药物使用频度（DDDs）分析法对祛瘀剂类中成药的年销售金额、年DDDs和日用药金额进行统计分析。结果：2007—2009年我院口服祛瘀剂类中成药的年销售金额、年销量总金额、年DDDs总值呈增长趋势,DDDs同步性较好。结论：我院口服祛瘀剂类中成药应用合理,管理完善。

Utilization of the Oral Stasis-removing Chinese Patent Medicines in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital During the Period of 2007-2009

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of oral stasis-removing Chinese patent drugs in our hospital during 2007-2009 period for clinical references of rational use of this category of drugs.METHODS：The consumption quantity and consumption sum of the oral stasis-removing Chinese patent drugs in our hospital during 2007-2009 were investigated in respect of the annual consumption sum,annual DDDs and DDC using consumption sum analysis and DDDs analysis.RESULTS：The annual consumption sum,annual total consumption sum and annual total DDDs of oral stasisremoving Chinese patent drugs in our hospital during 2007-2009 were increasing,with DDDs showing good synchronism.CONCLUSION：The use of oral stasis-removing Chinese patent drugs in our hospital was rational and satisfactory
