| 摘 要： | 目的：系统分析我院2008-2009年抗菌药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：利用我院信息管理系统,统计我院2008-2009年抗菌药物购入金额、品规、用药频度等。结果：2年来我院抗菌药物品规数略减,抗菌药物购入总金额、抗菌药物购入金额占药品总金额略有增长,其中以头孢菌素类占明显的主导地位。结论：抗菌药物使用量多,应用范围广,应注意其使用的合理性。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To systematically analyze the use of antibiotics between 2008 and 2009 for reference of clinical rational drug use.METHODS：The consumption sum,categories and DDDs of the antimicrobial drugs in our hospital between 2008 and 2009 were analyzed statistically with the use of hospital information management system.RESULTS：There was a slight decrease in the number of categories of antimicrobial drugs,but the consumption sum of antimicrobial drugs and its proportion in the total increased over the 2 years,with cephalosporins assuming a predominant place on the consumption list.CONCLUSION：The use of antimicrobial drugs is in a large amount and a wide range,measures should be taken to tighten rational use of this drug. |
