摘    要:目的:探讨肾移植术后患者环孢素(CsA)血药浓度与体内病理生理因素的相关性。方法:采用回顾性调查方法在空军总医院收集58例肾移植术后使用CsA的患者病历资料,记录患者性别、年龄、体重、CsA剂量、血药浓度及相应生化检验值。应用SAS软件(6.04版)对数据进行多元线性回归分析。结果:CsA单位剂量血药浓度与总胆红素(TBil)、用药时间(Time)和年龄(Age)之间存在明显正相关性(P〈0.05)。结论:患者体内总胆红素、年龄与用药时间对CsA血药浓度有显著影响。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the correlation between blood concentration of cyclosporine A(CsA) and the pathophysiologic factors in patients after undergoing renal transplantation.METHODS: The medical record of 58 patients receiving CsA following renal transplantation in Air Force General Hospital was collected retrospectively for recording of clinical data such as patients' gender,age,body weight,the dosage of CsA,blood concentration of CsA and the corresponding biochemical testing values,and the data were subjected to multiple linear regression analysis using SAS(6.04 version) software.RESULTS: Significant positive correlation was noted between blood concentration of CsA and total bilirubin,medication time and patients' age(P 0.05).CONCLUSION: Total bilirubin level,age and medication time have significant impacts on the blood concentration of CsA.
