| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨来氟米特治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果和安全性。方法：将120例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用来氟米特治疗,对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床效果和不良反应。结果：观察组患者临床效果好于对照组,差异存在显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：来氟米特能显著改善患者病情,具有较好的临床疗效和安全性,是治疗类风湿性关节炎的有效药物。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of leflunomide for rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS： A total of 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups of 60 each： the intervention group was treated with leflunomide and the control group was treated with methotrexate. The clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were followed and compared. RESULTS： The intervention group showed better efficacy than in the control group,and the differences were significant （P 0. 05）. CONCLUSION： Leflunomide has been shown to improve patients’condition with good clinical efficacy and safety,and it is thus an active drug for rheumatoid arthritis. |
