| 摘 要： | 目的：分析普鲁卡因注射液所致不良反应的特点及相关因素,为药品不良反应的防治提供参考依据。方法：检索1986—2009年国内文献源普鲁卡因注射液的不良反应资料,并进行分析。结果：得到符合标准的病例47例,不良反应报告中男性多于女性;不良反应以全身性损害最多（18例,占38.30%）,其次为皮肤及附件损害（9例,19.15%）、血液系统损害（7例,14.88%）、神经系统损害（5例,10.64%）;不良反应较为严重。结论：临床应警惕普鲁卡因注射液的不良反应,应特别注意过敏性休克。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To analyse the clinical features、correlation factors of ADR caused by Procaine Injection and provide beneficial references for preventing and curing the ADR.METHODS：To collect and analyse the cases of ADR caused by Procaine Injection from medical journals of 1986-2009.RESULTS：Men were more than women in 47 ADRs;Body as a whole-general disorders accounted for 38.30%,skin and its appendix lesions accounted for 19.15%,hematological system lesions accounted for 14.88%,hematological system lesions accounted for 10.64%.CONCLUSION：Clinic must be on guard against the adrs of Procaine Injection. |
