| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颞下颌关节盘穿孔的临床特点.方法:记录并统计颞下颌关节盘穿孔患者的临床资料,包括年龄、性别、病程、临床症状、发生部位等.结果:颞下颌关节盘穿孔多发女性,21～40岁为高发期,发生部位无显著差异,临床症状以疼痛、关节杂音、下颌运动障碍为主,平均病程40个月.结论:颞下颌关节盘穿孔具有一定的临床特点.

| Abstract: | Objectives: To study the characteristics of temporomandibular joint disc perforation.Methods: Recording and statistic the clinical data of patients with TMJ disc perforation,including age,gender,history,symptom and the side of effected TMJ.Results: TMJ disc perforation often occurs in female of 21-40 years old,the mainly symptom were pain,sounds and mandible movement disfunction.The mean history was 40 months.Conclusion: Temporomandibular joint disc perforation has special clinical characteristics. |
