优拓用于小面积烧伤创面包扎的效果观察

目的:探讨优拓用于小面积烧伤创面换药护理的效果.方法:将112例132处小面积(<5%)烧伤患者采用简单随机法分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用常规消毒,生理盐水清洁创面后,观察组创面用优拓覆盖,对照组创面用凡士林纱布覆盖,外层均盖1%聚维酮碘溶液纱布及2层无菌纱布并用胶布固定,观察组平均2～3 d换药1次直至愈合,对照组根据创面情况决定换药间隔时间.对换药时敷料是否粘连创面、有无疼痛、出血以及伤口愈合时间等方面进行观察比较.结果:两组在是否粘连创面、有无疼痛、出血以及伤口愈合时间等方面比较.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组创面愈合时间平均缩短3 d.结论:对小面积烧伤创面使用优拓敷料能加快创面愈合,减轻疼痛,是一种伤口新型换药敷料,可以在临床推广使用.
